Thesis defended (cum laude)

On the 24th of October I successfully defended my PhD thesis at the Radboud University Nijmegen. I was promoted to doctor cum laude, a rare honour bestowed on only about 5% of PhD dissertations in the Netherlands (the Radboud University, like most universities in the Netherlands, has only one grade of Latin honors).

Prof. Dr. Stephen C. Levinson

Prof. Dr. Gunter Senft (Universität zu Köln)
Dr. Felix Ameka (Leiden University)

Manuscript committee
Prof. Dr. Pieter Muysken
Prof. Dr. Tom Güldemann (Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin)
Dr. Sotaro Kita (University of Birmingham)

Further members of the opposition committee
Prof. Dr. Anne Storch (Universität zu Köln)
Prof. Arie Verhagen (Leiden University)
Dr. Azeb Amha (Leiden University)
Dr. Christian Rapold (Leiden University)
